To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Mulcon Financial Services Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Mulcon Financial Services and use the services.
Service: refers to the service provided by Mulcon Financial Services as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
Website: site, which can be accessed via this URL: https://www.mulconfinancial.com/
You: a person or entity that is registered with Mulcon Financial Services to use the Services.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for using or purchasing any of our products or services at Mulcon Financial Services. Cancellation due to quality of service If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service then you can cancel the contract within the first 15 days from the Commencement (initiation of project) date, and we will refund the unused amount of your fees in full for Prepaid plans, and refund any Milestone (for fixed price projects) that was paid for but not delivered yet. For example, if you have paid for a prepaid hourly plan of 100 hours per month, and you wish to cancel after 7 days after the start of contract where 20 hours were utilized on your project, we will refund the 80 hours that were not used. Web Design & App Design Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Mulcon Financial Services & Partners and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. Monthly Maintenance Plans & Migrations When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos. Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent months. No refunds are provided for unused hours. There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website or mobile app development service including maintenance services. An administrative fee of $25 will be charged to the clients account for any late payments or declined credit card charges. You may cancel and renew at any time via your account page on our site. Terms and conditions of host migration after 1st year of service installed is permitted but at the clients expense with our managed hosting department. Mulcon Financial Services & Partners may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice to the client. SEO/Marketing Plans Customer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that Mulcon Financial Services & Partners has no control over the policies of search engines or directories with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Customer’s web site may be excluded from any search engine or directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory entity. Some search engines and directories may take as long as two (2) to four (4) months, and in some cases longer, after commencement of plan to list and/or update Customer’s website. Occasionally, search engines and directories will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Mulcon Financial Services & Partners is not responsible for changes made to Customer’s web site by other parties that adversely affect the search engine or directory rankings of Customer’s web site. Indemnification – Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Mulcon Financial Services & Partners (and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and all related costs and expenses) incurred by Mulcon Financial Services & Partners as a result of any claim, judgment, or adjudication against Lead Generation App Company & Partners related to or arising from (a) any photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, text, data or any other information, content, display, or material (whether written, graphic, sound, or otherwise) provided by Customer to Mulcon Financial Services & Partners (the “Customer Content”), or (b) a claim that Mulcon Financial Services & Partners’s use of the Customer Content infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party. To qualify for such defense and payment, Mulcon Financial Services & Partners must: (i) give Customer prompt written notice of a claim; and (ii) allow Customer to control, and fully cooperate with Customer in, the defense and all related negotiations.

THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISK FOR QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE. MULCON FINANCIAL SERVICES & PARTNERS PROVIDES ITS SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT (A) THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE EACH PARTY'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES, AND (B) EACH PARTY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, PERFORMANCE OR INABILITY TO PERFORM UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, THE CONTENT, AND EACH PARTY' IF THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, PERFORMANCE OR INABILITY TO PERFORM UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, THE CONTENT, AND EACH PARTY’S COMPUTING AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM. IF ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL, VOID, OR FOR ANY REASON UNENFORCEABLE, THEN THAT PROVISION SHALL BE DEEMED SEVERABLE FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND SHALL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY AND ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY REMAINING PROVISIONS. Limited Liability – IN NO EVENT SHALL Mulcon Financial Services & Partners BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, LOST PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE OR ALLEGED TO BE BASED ON BREACH OF WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY, ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY PERFORMANCE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN. THERE SHALL BE NO REFUNDS. Mulcon Financial Services & Partners MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT OR ANY SOFTWARE, EQUIPMENT, OR HARDWARE OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES. Confidentiality - Both parties agree to keep each other's proprietary or confidential information private. Written or spoken contracts, trade secrets, know-how, business techniques, business policies, memoranda, reports, records, computer maintained information, notes, or financial information are all examples of "proprietary or confidential information." Any delay or failure to perform as required by this Agreement as a result of causes or conditions beyond such Party's reasonable control and that such Party is unable to overcome through the exercise of commercially reasonable diligence will not be considered a breach or default under this Agreement. If a force majeure occurrence occurs, the affected Party will promptly notify the other Party in writing.By signing up for our services you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, you have 1 month to issue a refund and return your product/service.

Shipping

Mulcon Financial Services is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
